Product Shipments

Products are shipped to Greece through courier companies ELTA S.A. and GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI.

• The dispatch of the products is done within the next working day, as long as all the products of the order are immediately available.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Orders completed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday are processed on the first business day from the order date.
• No shipments or deliveries are made on Sundays and holidays.
• The delivery - receipt of the products may be delayed in some cases  force majeure, during periods of extreme weather or strikes, which may affect the transport and arrival of your order.
• In case there is a reason for the delay of the order, the company will inform the customer by e-mail.
• The prices listed on the website are the final prices (including VAT)
• The company may change the price of the products without prior notice to the customer. The customer, at the time of receipt of the products, will pay the price that was indicated on the website at the time of completing the order.
• Product shipments are delivered within 2-6 business days from the order date.
• The order is delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. If the courier company does not find the customer then it will leave a notice, so that the customer can call it and make a new appointment.
• The shipment of the products, for which the payment has been made through a deposit to a bank account, takes place on the next working day from the notification of the deposit to the bank account of the company.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping applies to orders with a total value of € 55 or more
• The charge for simple shipping throughout Greece is €3.0 up to 2 kg in weight. For each additional kilo, the fee amounts to €0.80.
• The shipping charge with cash on delivery, regardless of the amount, is an additional plus 2.5€
