How We Deal With Eating Habits of Young Children

Meals – where, how, when, why?
- Children need a schedule and regular habits to maintain calm at mealtime.
- It is good for the whole family to sit together at the table for as many meals as possible. It is good for at least one parent or carer to eat with the child at every meal .
- Meals should be regular and if the child does not want to eat at the designated meal time, then we explain to him that we will take away his plate and he will not eat anything until the next meal.
